Some folks have let me know that there is still an issue for a few people who want to access the store but don't seem to be able to. I've been working with all of the tech folks this week to resolve this and here's what I know:
The store is absolutely secure, from the back end. My provider, Shopify has examined the site and it is all up to scratch and functioning as it should be. My web hosts are satisfied that everything is set up as it should be.
It has been suggested to me that people having trouble accessing the store might be experiencing one of a couple of issues:
1) Some people using Google chrome do seem to have an issue at times, however, if this is you, it's likely you are having difficulty getting into a few different sites. It's been suggested that I could advise folks having this issue to try visiting us another browser, however, I am reluctant to ask people to change browser because you may well have the browser you use for security etc, the choice remains with you.
2) Some folks who are unable to visit the site may find they can access us if they get around to clearing their cache in their browser - again I don't want to ask people to do this, because, all your settings etc etc, the choice remains with you.
I'm very grateful to people who have reached out to let me know this is a problem and I apologise for any inconvenience, especially during the release. I decided to hold back the sale of the few vintage WMS sets because those cannot be replaced and I'd rather put them on when I know everyone who wants to, can access the store.
I went ahead with the Halloween stamps because it would be possible to get more of those eventually.
