Shipping Information
Shipping rates are based on weight limits for each region. The regions are:
UK
Europe
USA, Canada, Australia and rest of World
UK Orders
UK orders will normally ship first class, there is also an option to have a Tracked service. I would strongly recommend getting tracked shipping, unfortunately there has been a significant global rise in parcels going missing from all delivery services. PLEASE NOTE untracked orders that go missing cannot be refunded.

UNTRACKED up to 250g First Class - £2.70
UNTRACKED 250g - 499g First Class - £3.20
TRACKED up to 750g - £3.30
TRACKED 750g up to 2kg - £4.50
Orders over £60 Ship FREE
I ship from Northern Ireland so please allow an extra day on top of standard Royal Mail delivery times. Most UK orders should arrive within 2-3 days of shipment, but peak shipping times such as Christmas, low staffing periods such as summer, and adverse weather conditions such as snow etc, can affect shipping times. Don't hesitate to get in touch if you order seems to be taking exceptionally long, but be advised that Royal Mail do not consider parcels to be truly lost until 21 days have passed since shipping.
UK customers are not subject to customs and duty on shipments from NI as we are also part of UK.
European Orders
I use Royal Mail at present and current delivery estimates are between 3-7 days after shipment date. Royal Mail will wait for 30 days before declaring a package lost, so please bear that in mind if your parcel seems late.

Customs and Duty - I live in Northern Ireland, which has remained in the EU customs Union since Brexit, this means I am not required to attach customs declarations to shipments to EU - I quote here from the Royal Mail Website:
"For customers sending an item from NI to the EU there is no requirement to complete and apply a customs declaration as NI remains in the EU Customs Union and therefore customs taxes and duties are not applicable."
USA, Canada, Australia and Rest of World
I use Royal Mail to ship to these destinations. Delivery estimates are 7 - 14 days. You are advised to use a tracked service as there has been a global rise in parcels going missing and we will not be able to refund your order if the parcel is lost.

Customs and Duty
All shipments outside the UK and EU may be subject to import charges/fees (Duties, Customs, Tariffs, and VAT) which are set by the destination country. These are based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin/manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise and may be levied once your package reaches destination country. Customs fees and policies are different from country to country and may change regularly. You should contact your local customs office for additional information. As the purchaser, you are responsible to pay all fees at time of delivery. Refunds due to import charge refusal are not possible.
Tracked and Untracked Shipping
Options are available for Tracked or Untracked shipping, but please note that if you select to have your items shipped UNTRACKED then I will not be able to refund you, should your parcel be lost in shipping.
Your store cart will show you what the likely shipping cost is before you check out so you can decide which service to choose. Do please bear in mind that UNTRACKED parcels ship at the customers own risk, this is because if an untracked parcel is lost, it is lost to both of us - I cannot reclaim the value and therefore cannot pass the value back to you.
